A power trio group started in 2021, The Danny Shipley Trio is made up of professional musicians with years of experience playing in bands around the greater Cleveland area. The group is led by Danny Shipley with soulful vocals and fiery guitar parts. The drummer with amazing sensitivity and feel while playing is Nate Oliver. Nate’s accolades include playing in professional bands from a young age and going to Berklee School of Music for Jazz Drums. Kemet Ojo is the bass player. Providing amazing basslines and back up vocals, Kemet is also a solo artist/producer and rapper with also a long experience from a young age playing in groups in the Cleveland scene. The trio is often accompanied by “Auxiliary Players” such keyboard, guitar, secondary vocalists, and saxophone.
